2021/11/30 (現地時間) に Microsoft 認定資格「Azure Cosmos DB Developer Specialty」の対象試験「DP-420: Designing and Implementing Cloud-Native Applications Using Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB (beta)」が受験可能となった旨のアナウンスがありました。

現時点ではベータ試験での提供となるため、対象言語も英語のみとなりますが、これからすぐに受験することも可能となっています。
また、上記 Microsoft Learn ブログ エントリには、300 名 (先着) 限定で試験料が 80 % オフとなるクーポン番号 (2022/01/10 まで利用可能) が記載されていますので、興味があれば確認、受験してみてください。
