新しい Dynamics 365 に関する Microsoft 認定資格の登場
2024 年 9 月下旬に新しい Microsoft 認定資格 : Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate がリリース予定となっています。
また、Dynamics 365 Customer Insights に関連する応用スキル シナリオについても、リリース予定となっています。
一部の Dynamics 365 に関する Microsoft 認定資格の廃止
以下の Dynamics 365 に関する Micorsoft 認定資格および認定試験が 2024/11/30 をもって廃止となります。
- Microsoft 認定資格 : Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft 認定資格 : Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft 認定資格 : Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Specialty
- MB-260 : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Specialist
